Gotham Annual Pizza Crawl
Thursday, May 30th at 4PM!
You’ll start off the first of 2 tastings at:
108-22 Queens Blvd, Forest Hills, NY
Established in 1960, Gloria is one of the first Pizzeria’s in Queens.
This 3rd generation pizzeria has a rich backstory as they pioneered the first pizzeria in Flushing, NY.
FYI, Corey Bearak’s family has a liquor store across the street from this location!
(Located half a block from the E/F train line (71st and Continental stop) 2 block walk from the LIRR Forest Hills Station)
Then, you’ll walk/crawl 2.5 blocks to tasting #2 at:
71-63 Austin Street, Forest Hills, NY
You’ll sample a unique square slice with SURPRISE TOPPINGS. Although still relatively new, Austin Pizza was voted in the top 10 of Queens Pizzeria!
For the Grand Finale, you’ll crawl 3 city blocks over to:
109-32 Ascan Avenue, Forest Hills, NY
You’ll enjoy a full sit-down dinner and order your own entree from the numerous options available!
You’ll also sample their FABULOUS Margherita slice (Rob’s Tailor’s favorite in the world)!
As a bonus, while you walk through Forest Hills, Queens, Rob will be reviewing the history of pizza in the USA and give you numerous tidbits of pizza lore!
